How to apply?

1. Familiarize yourself with our degree programmes and their application assignments.
2. Apply online at Studyinfo.fi during the application pediod: 4. – 18.1.2023
3. Complete the assignments and return the required files to us following the instructions on this page.

Application dates

4.–18.1.2023 Joint application pediod
You can apply into our programmes taught in English during the first joint application period or the year: 4. – 18.1.2023. You can complete your application at Studyinfo.fi until 18.1.2023 at 15.00 (Finnish time, UTC/GMT +2).

20.2.2023 Deadline for application assignments
In addition to completing the application at Studyinfo.fi you also need to send us your application assignments before the end of 20.2.2023.

13.3.2023 Invitations to application exams for approved applicants
After reviewing the application assignments we have received we will send a message to everyone who has sent us their assignments before the deadline. Applicants whose assignments are approved will receive an invitation to take part in the application exams. Others will receive a message informing them their assignments have been rejected. All applicants will receive a message before the end of 13.3.2023.

Regrettably we cannot answer enquiries regarding the application process by phone.

Please note: All messages will be sent to the email address that the applicant has provided when applying at Studyinfo.fi. The messages will be sent no earlier than 5.3.2023 and applicants can expect to receive the invitation or rejection message before the end of 12.3.2023.

11.–13.4.2023 Application Exams 
Selected applicants will take part in the application exams. The exams will require attendance online during 2–4 days within this timeframe. We will update the specific dates at a later time on this website and also in include the information in the invitation message.

Results of the application process will be available as soon as possible after the application exams. Applicants will be able to see their result by signing in at Studyinfo.fi 

Application Exams

Applicants with acceptable application assignments will be called into our application exams.

The application exam consists of various assignments and an interview assessing the applicants' abilities. The selection process emphasises visual skill and creative problem solving and assesses study motivation. The application exam will be held online so applicants need access to an internet connected device during the exams. Further information will be send to the applicants who are invited to take part in the application exams.
