The project had its kick-off meeting in Kaunas, Lithuania in the beginning of February and now intellectual outputs such as creating the pedagogical framework for teaching diversity and global citizenship as well as the course creation are works in progress. Theme interviews with experts of global citizenship and diversity will be conducted with representatives from educational institutions, companies as well as from non-governmental organizations. Meeting face-to-face for the first time elevated every participant's spirits and enabled good discussions on intellectual outputs as well as what the project wants to achieve.
Workplaces and cultures in Europe are changing through immigration and diversity and global challenges cross borders. To solve them together, an identity of a global citizen is needed: a thought that we are all one.
