Sociocultural guidance and inspiration – SOI





The SOI project focuses on developing, testing and providing new operating models based on sociocultural inspiration to offer students and individuals at a transitional stage in their studies as well as those working with them new means of facing and handling different challenges and life changes. The aim is to improve the life management skills and resilience of the youth. Sociocultural inspirations utilizes especially the methods of art and adventure-based pedagogy.

Objectives:

- develop and offer art and nature-derived methods to improve the overall wellbeing and involvement of the youth

- support the professional working with the youth in a changing work environment

- test out new methods in existing services as well as measure and assess their effectivity

As a result, a new form of youth work and guidance will be created to support the youth in advancing in their studies and transitioning into working life.
