Safe pedagogy for learning communities is a project of further education aimed at early childhood education and basic education personnel. In a safe learning community, no one remains invisible, everyone has the right to feel that they belong to the community. The safety of the learning community is built by evaluating and developing pedagogical and digital solutions for daily activities.



The project strengthens the psychological and pedagogical safety of learning communities with national online training programs for early childhood education and teaching personnel. Coaching pedagogy is based on experiential and peer learning, and dialogue. With online coaching, safety awareness is increased, as well as ways of working that strengthen participation and cohesion with functional methods. With online training, the personnel´s skills are also strengthened in the use of digital tools and methods.



It is possible to participate in online coaching either with a work team or as an individual participant. The training program consists of two sections, each of which includes lectures, a functional workshop and an online coaching meeting. The contents of the lectures are deepened and practiced in functional workshops. In online coaching, the development of one's own work is planned, experiences are shared and further measures are agreed upon in one's own learning community. In this way, the feeling of safety, participation and collective ability is strengthened.
