The end product include a wide variety of food, beverages and health products.

Corona has influenced the willingness of retailers to introduce new products to their assortment. Retailing companies haveexpressed a particular willingness to adopt innovations after the pandemic and have asked companies to develop and prepare in the coming years for new types of modern product launches e.g. vegan products.

In this project, we start the process towards a full-scale platform. In a tight schedule, we pilot the processes, explore markets for new products, and develop a process for company and UAS co-operation for further and larger scale R&D and product development work. Also, the financial base for further and wider co-operation has to be investigated.
